Tacoma Glass (In Progress)

Project Type

Commercial

Project Size

5 Acres

This 105,316-square-foot multi-tenant facility was built to house both Tacoma Glass and their distributor, National, featuring a standard concrete tilt-up structure. The project included comprehensive civil and site work, including a ¾-acre detention pond to manage water runoff. The facility is divided into two main sections, each with its own distinct office space and
amenities.

On the Tacoma Glass side, the layout includes an open office area, three private offices, and dedicated men’s and women’s bathrooms for both the office and warehouse staff. It also includes a smaller bridge crane to cater to the clients requirements. The second floor provides additional men’s and women’s bathrooms and an area reserved for future office expansion. Tacoma Glass’s operations were further supported by the installation of specialized equipment, with plumbing, electrical, and drainage systems integrated into the building.

National’s side mirrors many of the same features, with three offices, an open office space, and a break room, all designed to maximize efficiency and comfort. The second floor also includes bathrooms and an area prepared for future expansion. Unique to this side is a larger bridge crane installed to facilitate the distributor’s specific needs. Together, the facility provides a cohesive yet flexible environment for both Tacoma Glass and National, ensuring both businesses have room to grow and thrive.
