VICE PRESIDENT OF NATIONAL FIELD OPERATIONS After earning his bachelor’s in project management, Jake built a 20+ year Coast career that progressed from superintendent to senior superintendent to VP. He now manages Coast’s national field portfolio, traveling to jobs across multiple states to keep work aligned with design intent. On site he coordinates teams and subcontractors, validates tolerances and finish quality, and clears the logistics and sequencing issues that slow crews down—holding every job to Coast’s safety expectations. She also oversees the completion of orientations for new hires, ensuring safety policies and expectations are communicated clearly. SUPERITENDENT With 46 years in stie and civil construction, Dustin Wilson serves as a Superintendent at Coast. He oversees multiple projects on jobsites at once by directing daily tasking, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping schedules, documentation, and information flowing. A veteran of earthwork and civil operations, he verifies production is completed safely and within required tolerances while maintaining momentum on critical path activities. Having done nearly every role in the field, Dustin brings practical insight to full-scale management, aligning crews and resources to deliver efficient, compliant builds. “I lead crews from utilities to sitework to build it right the first time-keeping people safe, specs right, and the site moving.”
