Coast Construction Group is pleased to announce the completion of a substantial project for R+L Carriers in  Matteson, IL, strategically located near Chicago. This 55-acre development showcases Coast’s capability in handling large-scale projects.

The site includes a 60,000 square-foot Maintenance Shop with a truck wash, paint booth, 3 Ton Jib Crane, and service pits, along with a 4,000 square foot office space. A 160,000  square foot Terminal building features a 246 door terminal and a 7,500 square foot office area. The project also encompasses a 6-lane fuel station and a 5-acre retention pond, demonstrating a balance of operational efficiency and environmental consideration.

This Matteson facility is of notable accomplishment for Coast Construction Group, reflecting our dedication to high-quality, efficient project delivery.
