For OmniDuct’s recent venture, Coast Construction Group was entrusted with a comprehensive scope of services. This included demolition operations to clear the site for redevelopment, ensuring a clean slate for the forthcoming improvements. Our team executed tenant improvements, meticulously building a 1,400 square foot office space complete with a spacious mezzanine level.

Additionally, Coast Construction Group oversaw the installation of new concrete pads to accommodate a bridge crane, reinforcing operational efficiency within the facility. Enhancing the warehouse environment was also a key objective, achieved through targeted improvements with the installation of a demising wall, creating spatial delineation from neighboring tenants.
