Coast Construction Group took on an intricate tenant improvement project for Fire Bros, a 502 business. Building out the facility’s interior with DSP refrigeration panels to maintain the optimal environment for cultivation. The 30,000-square-foot open warehouse space was built-out to include a clone processing room, seven production rooms, and two drying rooms, along with a packaging area designed for streamlined distribution.

The facility was also equipped with several 10-ton AC units to midgate the warm, humid interior, along with full electrical systems, irrigation, CO2, and compressed air systems. These installations created an efficient and fully integrated environment, supporting the unique needs of Fire Bros’ cultivation processes.
