Arlington Vision Center was completed in 2008. It was built for developer Jennifer Leigh. Jennifer is a local real estate agent who purchased the property with the intention of constructing a facility to attract new business for the area. Seeing its potential, a nearby optometric physician, Dr. Neil Eberhardt, who owns another vision clinic in Mt. Vernon, purchased the building in the middle of construction. The 2000 sqft ground-up project consists of exam rooms, a spacious reception area, and a full-service optical department so clients can have their prescriptions filled while they wait.
