Harold co-founded Stevens Construction in 1965 (see History Page), which later merged with Coast Construction Group in 2021. While no longer involved in the day-to-day operations, Harold holds a senior advisory position, offering invaluable insight and extensive background from his decades of experience. As a shareholder and the father-in-law to Trevor, Harold continues to play a vital role in shaping the company's future, contributing his wealth of knowledge to help guide important decisions.

She works closely with Coast’s management team to set company benchmarks and develop a plan to achieve them at the project and corporate level. She loves the dynamic nature of the construction industry, where every day presents a new challenge and opportunity to grow.

Jake is responsible for creating videos, updating to the company website, designing graphics, and gathering job site photos to support marketing and billing efforts. She also oversees the completion of orientations for new hires, ensuring safety policies and expectations are communicated clearly. She is responsible for keeping the Accident Prevention Plan up to date, conducting on site safety training, and maintaining safety standards across all job sites, ensuring compliance with all necessary measures. “Protecting our crew is my top priority. Since joining the Coast/Stevens team in 2002 as a wood framer, he has spent the last four years at Coast overseeing other superintendents’ projects. His focus is on maintaining safety, managing supplies, schedules, and subcontractors, while fostering a positive work environment to boost morale and productivity.
