She works closely with Coast’s management team to set company benchmarks and develop a plan to achieve them at the project and corporate level. Jake is responsible for creating videos, updating to the company website, designing graphics, and gathering job site photos to support marketing and billing efforts. His work also includes shooting company portraits and producing materials like charts, business cards, and banners. "Capturing our construction journey is thrilling. SAFETY DIRECTOR With extensive experience in safety and security programs across various industries, including manufacturing and law enforcement, Julianna utilizes this experience here at Coast. In her role, she collaborates with upper management, project managers, as well as all Coast employees to ensure proper tracking and filing of training. She also oversees the completion of orientations for new hires, ensuring safety policies and expectations are communicated clearly. She is responsible for keeping the Accident Prevention Plan up to date, conducting on site safety training, and maintaining safety standards across all job sites, ensuring compliance with all necessary measures. “Protecting our crew is my top priority. SUPERINTENDENT With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Dave has been a key asset to Coast for the past seven years. Dave facilitates job planning, tracks workflow, manages safety protocols, and coordinates resources to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, he assists with constructing runoff control systems and preparing site reports as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of each project that he oversees. SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT Dave has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, having grown up in it. Since joining the Coast/Stevens team in 2002 as a wood framer, he has spent the last four years at Coast overseeing other superintendents’ projects. His focus is on maintaining safety, managing supplies, schedules, and subcontractors, while fostering a positive work environment to boost morale and productivity. "My role is to oversee projects and maintain high standards of safety and productivity. I strive to foster a positive work environment and keep everything on track."

He acts as a key liaison between clients, government agencies, and stakeholders, all while maintaining high standards of quality.
