The R+L Carriers facility in Ostego stands as a significant full ground-up build, encompassing a 96,904-square-foot terminal alongside 7,678-square-foot office space. With 153 bay doors, the facility is tailored to handle high volumes of operations in the Minnesota area. The project’s design ensures that the infrastructure supports both current needs and future growth, delivering a complete solution for R+L Carriers.

Key components of the project include a propane fueling station, a four-bay truck fueling station, and extensive civil and site work, including a 4-acre detention pond. The use of pre-manufactured concrete tilt-up construction provided both durability and a streamlined construction process as opposed to pouring the panels on-site.

This expansive project also includes a 12,780-square-foot maintenance building, featuring truck servicing stations, a detailing bay, tool area, and office space, all built to optimize the facilities’ efficiency and meet R+L’s standards.
