Dantrawl is well-known throughout the world as one of the top marine supply manufacturers for the fishing industry based out of Seattle, WA. Coast Construction Group was hired as the General Contractor, to build this 39,260 SF Butler Building with sn MR24® Roof System. It is constructed on a 4.5-acre lot and includes ample employee parking and heavy drive lanes designated for shipping and site storage. This project was a ground-up new build that included all civil utilities, grading, surface improvements, and structures. This new building was designated to house the company’s office headquarters and provide abundant warehouse space for its main manufacturing and storage supply.

The building is coupled with concrete-clad paneling, steel vertical siding, and some accented features of heavy timbers offering a variety of warmth and functionality in this eclectic modern and industrial design. As you enter the office space from the main entry you’ll walk into an open two-story foyer that has a hand-crafted steel and timber staircase with sealed concrete floors. This detail compliments the outside covered entryways that continue to offer the same continuity of the warm wood finishes coupled with the more modern industrial steel and concrete lines and finishes. Coast is proud to have partnered with Dantrawl in the execution of a well-designed building and space meeting their growing needs and implementing tasteful details in the overall design.
