Weiss McTaggart

The Weiss McTaggart building was originally constructed in the late 80’s for a fish canning company and was later sold and used for various warehouse and shipping needs.  The building was bought in 2013 by Weiss McTaggart, LLC and Coast was hired to complete a renovation of the building including exterior and interior paint, insulating the building envelope, door repair, installation of 10 loading docks, electrical upgrade, and we added new water and sewer lines for future bathrooms and tenants.
