We are a contractor, not merely a broker of construction work, we routinely self-perform earthwork, demolition, and concrete work, rough & finish carpentry and interior finishes.
Our responsibilities don’t end when your building is complete. We tie up the loose ends, document the final changes, and stand by our work. Specifically we:

- Secure the Certificate of Completion
- Anticipate Owner Move-In Needs
- Complete all Cost Reports
- Finalize As-Built
- Issue Guarantees/Warranties
