SCG 180^th St Business Park is a 95,220 SF concrete tilt building that Coast designed and built for The SMARTCAP Group, a real estate investment company in Redmond, WA.  SMARTCAP’s goal is to provide their investors with smart, transparent, professional real estate management.  They primarily focus on office buildings, industrial parks, and retail centers in Washington, Colorado, and Oregon.
