Coast Construction Group is building R+L Carriers’ newest LTL terminal in the heart of Orange County — a 9-acre site within a mile of Angel Stadium and the Honda Center, with the ballpark visible from the yard. The project centers on a 43,208-square-foot prefabricated steel terminal featuring 84 dock doors and a ramp door, positioned to move high volumes of Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight through one of Southern California’s densest shipping markets.

Supporting the terminal is a 4,123-square-foot office building with four offices, including an open office area. Fueling infrastructure includes a two-lane fuel station with six pumps, plus two sets of twin 500-gallon propane tanks. Site work puts nearly the entire property to use, with 275,905 square feet of paving wrapping the facility — a dense, high-efficiency footprint fitted to a true urban infill site.
