Coast Construction Group is performing the Phase 1 sitework for the Palmdale School District’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) at Phase 1 — a 20-acre rough grading operation that shapes the ground for the program’s future facilities. This opening phase centered on rough grading and material procurement, establishing the graded building pads the next phases will rise from.
The work lays the groundwork for the coming phases of the ELOP campus and is part of the district’s investment in expanded learning space for its students.
