Coast Construction Group completed a full interior and exterior renovation of this 17,000-square-foot Latter-day Saint meetinghouse in Marysville. Outside, the work included new siding, roofing, and metal fascia and gutters, plus new sidewalks; inside, a top-to-bottom refresh — reworked sheetrock, refinished door jambs, new doors and hardware, a new acoustical ceiling grid and tile, and all-new paint throughout.
Coast self-performed all of the painting and finish work, including the detailed finish carpentry on the chapel rostrum. A repeat client of Coast, the Church saw the project delivered on a 10-month schedule.
