Coast Construction Group is proud to announce the newly updated Fish & Wildlife Center in Stanwood, built to serve the community and stands as a testament to our commitment to enhancing business facilities and landscapes. This new department location, sitting on nearly an acre, significantly bolsters the government operations and capabilities of Starwood.
The project included updates to a 10,000 square foot warehouse, redesigned to meet a variety of spacial needs with its versatile layout. Accompanying this is a generously sized 360 parking lot, offering over 40 spots, which underscores the facility’s readiness to handle volumes of traffic. It also included updates and improvements to its 5,000 square foot office space, that includes a multitude of open cubicles as well as individual office rooms.
Strategically located, the Stanwood Business Park, its perfectly positioned to cater to the Northern Snohomish County area. This development is not just a building; it’s a strategic asset designed to support and regulate wildlife interaction with the community.
