Coast Construction Group undertook a detailed tenant improvement project for Meeco Manufacturing Company Inc., focusing on enhancing both functionality and space within the facility. The project featured the construction of a 1,400-square-foot mezzanine and a 180-foot demising wall, which helped to create distinct areas within the warehouse while maintaining the flexibility of the open space. Additionally, five new offices and two bathrooms were added, designed to integrate smoothly with the existing structure.
