Valhalla Construction partnered with Coast Construction Group for a comprehensive tenant improvement (TI) and design-build project in Arlington, WA. Covering 1,000 square feet, the project involved creating two offices, a bathroom, a break room, a showroom, and a functional warehouse space. Coast’s expertise in self-performing the construction
work allowed for meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every element
met the client’s specifications and needs.

Working closely with B&T Architects, Coast transformed the space into a practical and efficient environment tailored to Valhalla Construction’s operations. The three-month project showcased our ability to deliver cohesive and well-integrated commercial spaces that align with the client’s vision and operational requirements.
