This project consisted of a tenant improvement of a new veterinarian clinic located in the city of Issaquah. Coast completed Annotto Bay Veterinary Clinic for Dr. Karianne Allen in April 2014.

Coast performed the design build which provided plans and acquired a city building permit. The 2076 SF clinic facility was completed in 10 weeks while staying within budget.

This clinic includes a reception area, x-ray room, 3 exam rooms, triage, surgery, ICU/recovery, laundry room, doctors offices, pharmacy and lab. This is a state of the art veterinarian facility with the latest technology.
