Coast completed the construction of Kazen Professional Center for Phil and Sharon Kazen in early 2010. Kazen Professional Center is a mixed-use building which includes Kazen Accounting, 2 apartments, 4 townhouses, extensive landscaping, and an asphalt parking lot. Kazen is located on the busy 116th Street in Marysville. The center was constructed in connection with a small residential complex. Coast did a design-build and assisted with permit acquisition on this project. Coast also performed all site civil work and the expansion of 116th ST which required careful site management and extensive planning.
Coast self-performed all the site work and construction of the new building. Coast also provided construction management services that included design/planning phase and value engineering. Kazen Professional Center has office space including 2 office suites and 6 apartment units which range from 700 SF to 1250 SF with attached garages and an asphalt parking lot which includes ADA accessibility. Coast completed the center one month ahead of schedule and budget-friendly. The Kazen Center had a $1,500,000 project valuation and was completed within budget.
