Edge Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Coast completed Edge Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in February 2013. Construction took place above an existing Swedish Primary Care facility. The care facility remained fully functional during the construction of Edge. The project consisted of a full tenant improvement for the new physical therapy facility, starting from a gray shell interior. Edge is a 2000 SF open ceiling structure with painted finish duct and electrical work, giving it a more modern theme. It has a large, open space gym, three treatment rooms, staff break room, and office space. It also has a fire alarm and fire sprinkler system. The project was completed in just under 10 weeks and within budget.

The owners of Edge, Dr. Anne Kertson, DPT, OCS and Dr. Shilpa Patel, DPT, both possess Doctorates of Physical Therapy (DPT), the highest level of education in their profession. They come with extensive clinical and business administrative experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and medical wellness. Edge strives to stay current with cutting edge treatment techniques as this is a crucial part of the company philosophy.
