Coast Construction Group

Coast Headquarters was constructed in 2012, downtown Arlington. Coast designed and built the building. The building required an 80% tear down of the building that had existed since the early 1900’s. The building, located on historic Olympic Ave. housed the town bakery, bank, and grocery store and has housed many additional businesses over the years. To preserve the antique feel of the building, the front lobby ceiling, conference room table, and reception area were constructed from rough cut douglas fir from the existing building.

The 6800 SF building has 6 office spaces, copy room, server room, conference room, reception area, break room, restrooms, and large shop with a second story mezzanine. The building was constructed from CMU block, concrete floors, custom built metal awnings. It also includes all new electrical service, plumbing, new HVAC rooftop units, and associated ductwork. All material that was removed during demolition was recycled to its fullest extent. Coast constructed this building using the latest energy code, reclaiming materials, and achieved minimal environmental impact. Coast has a proven track record of success in the development and construction of many different facilities such as mixed-use, industrial, medical, and commercial buildings.
