Coast Construction Group

Coast Construction Group’s headquarters was constructed in 2012 in downtown Arlington. Coast designed and built the building. The building required an 80% tear down of the building that had existed since the early 1900’s. The building, located on historic Olympic Ave, originally housed the town bakery, bank, and grocery store and has housed many additional businesses over the years. To preserve the antique feel of the building the front lobby ceiling, small conference room table, and reception area were constructed from rough cut Douglas fir salvaged from the existing building.

In 2017, due to company growth, Coast remodeled its headquarters to add more office space and an additional, larger conference room.

The 6800 SF building has 6 office spaces, 3 additional work spaces, plan room, copy room, server room, 2 conference rooms, reception area, break room, 3 restrooms, and large shop with a second story mezzanine. The building was constructed from CMU block, concrete floors, and custom built metal awnings. It also includes all new electrical service, plumbing, new HVAC rooftop units, and associated ductwork. All material that was removed during demolition was recycled to its fullest extent. Coast constructed this building using the latest energy code as well as reclaimed materials, achieving minimal environmental impact. Coast has a proven track record of success in the development and construction of many different facilities such as mixed-use, industrial, medical, and commercial buildings.
